Mould Maker – automotive accessories

Experienced, enthusiastic mould maker required. Exciting opportunity to join leading vehicle accessory manufacturer

We are a leading light commercial vehicle accessory manufacturer and distributor. Located in Hamilton we manufacture canopies and liners for utility vehicles, for both the NZ and export markets. Alongside this we distribute a range of imported products through a nationwide chain of sales and fitting centres. Check us out at www.fullyequipped.co.nz

Due to exceptional growth within our manufacturing division we require an experienced, self-motivated and enthusiastic mould maker to build plugs and construct moulds for our fibreglass canopy range. Alongside this the successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining existing moulds as well as ongoing product development.

Ideally you will
• Be a multi tasking tradesperson with practical woodworking tools and machinery experience
• Have a background in composites
• Be experienced with mould making, ideally in fibreglass and plastics
• Have undertaken pattern making, possibly within the cabinet or boat building industries
• Be able to interpret technical drawings
• Pride yourself with your accuracy and attention to detail
• Be able to work unsupervised within a friendly hard working team environment
