Mission

The Composites Association of New Zealand (CANZ) will provide a forum for the composites industry to exchange information, celebrate successes and solve problems. This will be achieved by:

  • Being the primary source of composites information for its members.
  • Encouraging and facilitating interaction between its members.
  • Developing industry specific training programs.
  • Providing a unified voice when dealing with Government and its agencies.
  • Promoting the development of new markets for composite products

Composites to show strength in Christchurch rebuild

New Zealand’s fibre composites industry will be showcasing its far reaching design and construction capabilities, both on its own and in combination with more traditional construction materials, giving it an important role to play in the rebuilding and restoration of the heritage of Christchurch.
